GRAVITY Persoonlijk Help Systeem
GRAVITY Personal Help System is a browser extension for Chrome that extends the functionality of the GRAVITY user onboarding platform. It allows users to use and edit Callouts, which are an additional layer on top of the data using HTML tags as identifiers.
The Help System consists of two major components: the backend, which hosts the data and provides client-specific inject scripts, and the inject solution. Together, these components provide users with a personalized help system.
The browser extension is designed to wait until an enabled URL is accessed, then it sets up the correct backend URL and starts the inject scripts. It also updates configuration changes, manages user rights, and helps to find errors in the Help System on the target application through Debug Mode.
